How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the book(s) you’d like to purchase, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to Checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, MPESA, Airtel Money, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through a safe and encrypted payment gateway.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally take 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a message once your order ships.
What is your return or refund policy?
We accept returns for books that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. For other reasons, returns are accepted at our discretion within 14 days of delivery, provided the books are in their original condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping.
What age group are your books best suited for?
Our storybooks are perfect for children aged 12 and under. Each book introduces faith, kindness, and the love of Jesus through engaging stories and colorful illustrations.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [info@aryehmovement.com] or send us a message via whatsapp on the chatbot below. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or shipped.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect book?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement.
Are my payment and personal details secure?
Absolutely. Your privacy and security are important to us. We use SSL encryption and comply with the Data Protection Act to ensure your personal and payment information is always protected.
Do you sell e-books or digital versions?
Currently, our books are available in print format only. However, we’re working on making digital versions available soon — stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter!
Do you offer discounts for schools, churches, or bulk orders?
We are currently running a discount of Ksh 500 for the set and Ksh 50 per book only if purchased via the website.
Are your stories based on the Bible?
Yes — our books are inspired by Biblical teachings and Christian values, presented in a way that young readers can easily understand and enjoy. They’re a gentle introduction to the miracle of Christ’s love.
